That is why we provide our Business Travel Consultants with the best technologh, and why we're currently using the Sabre System (American Airlines host reservation system is the worlds largest) as our main Global Dintribution System (GDS). The Sabre GDS allows simultaneous display of web, private and published fares on a single screen, so our staff is able to survey and talk through all the information instantly, while your're on the line.
Through Sabre's GDS we have connectivity with over 700 airlines, 300 hotel companies (representing over 55,000 hotel properties) and 30 car rental companies.
The majority of these companies are connected in real-time allowing us to sell the very latest seat availability on any given flight, and to get instant confirmation from a hotel or car rental company when a booking is make.
The sabre System also provides enhanced quality control through validation before completion of a booking, with either alers or blocking images being displayed.
While Sabre is US 1 Travel 's main GDS system we will also maintain booking capability with the other distribution systems to allow total flexibility for our clients.

Reports can be provided on upcoming trips including destination, flight info and cost. Travel managers can therefore easily check compliance with travel policy on an individual basis.
Itineraries can be created for upcoming trips either as email, in hard copy or online.
Post-Trip
A wide range of reporting is available, giving information on all trips traveled. This enables easy provision of top-line details of all air and hotel savings through to in-depth analysis of all travel savings.
Reports can be used to negotiate with supplies and thus manage travel policy effectiveness & efficiency. Data held can also be used to track individual travelers in the case of a security alert.
All MI reports can be provided in an electronic or hard copy format tailored to your specific needs.

A veteran of more than 20 years in the travel industry, including 12 with US1Travel, Mr. Parris has held leadership positions in operations, business development, account management and consulting and has implemented a flat management structiure across the organization preferring a hands-on approach with customers and employees alike.Mr. Parris has an extensive back ground in Aviation Management. Former GM of Eastern Airlines,and Instructor at TWA Airlines.
